Shipping policy
Shipping
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is free and every order is tracked.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Each product page shows where the item ships from and an estimated delivery date before you order.
- Items shipped from overseas arrive in 5 to 11 business days after dispatch.
- Items shipped within the US arrive in 3 to 8 business days after dispatch.
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages. Remote areas can take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Customs and import charges
There is nothing extra to pay on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for an import charge on your order, do not pay it: email us and we will sort it out.
Orders that never arrive
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 days or your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us and we will reship it or refund you in full.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly. Contact us right away at support@ottergoods.com if you need to change it.
