How do I use the lock?
It comes set to 0-0-0. Close the zipper and press both zipper pulls into the slots by the lock, then turn the dials away from your code. To open, dial your code and the pulls release. Need help setting your own code? Email us and we will walk you through it.
Is there a battery inside?
No. The USB port connects to a cable inside the bag; plug your own power bank into it to charge your phone from the outside.
Will a tablet fit?
A small tablet fits in the inside pocket. It is a slim sling, not a laptop bag.
How long does delivery take?
It ships in 1–3 business days and arrives in about 5–11 business days after that, with tracking.

You base your buy off of reviews like me so let me tell the truth here.This product is awesome for those who do have a lot of huge things to carry. I carry my wallet, phone, a few pen, keys, Ray bans, 2 charging cords, adapter, Samsung 11 inch tablet with attachable keyboard, cologne, liquid bandage, and 2 double AA and car batteries with room to spare for a few more flat or skinny items no bigger than or wider than a case for glasses. It's truly a great product.The lock bag is the way to go for that's where all my values items go. It's spacious and has plenty of compartments to separate items. It blends as an everyday bag with just enough style and gives no one the notion as if you are hiding something.I'd give 5 stars but nothing in this world is perfect so things can only come close. Enjoy your new bag!
I love this sling bag. It’s my favorite so far. I took it to the beach this week. It has tons of pockets for different uses. Like, sunglasses, portable chargers, hand sanitizer, wet wipes, keys, etc. definitely worth the price. I’m a fan of the brand.
The bag itself has been good, but it did not come with the key. I tried to see if the key could be obtained byt it appears I'd have to replace the entire bag, which is not convenient.It is imperative that whoever is ensuring the bag is shipped, that it is shipped with all articles the bag is supposed to have (the key especially)
This was bigger than expected, has multiple compartments and it was a great Christmas present for my spouse. He loves it. Only one minor issue; there was no keep in the package received for the lock.
This bag should get a 5. The 4 is gracious. Cause this bag is noisy and annoying the weight and length of the zippers constantly bang on each other. Making you feel like a walking chime.

Too big and bulky but quality built is good.
I like the small size but decent capacity of the bag. The zippers for the most part are good. However, the zipper on the longer of the two side pockets jammed on the first try out of the box. It's jammed halfway up and won't budge. After trying to move, that pocket is now useless to me.

Love the backpack but honestly it looks used. I got it give as a gift and based on how it came packaged, I think I’m going to return it. The tags were cut and removed but they tied it back on as if it came that way. If I can find something else soon this is going back.
Only used this bag on 2 occasions while traveling and one of the side zippers for storage came off the track. I tried numerous times to attempt to get it back on its track, but it is jammed on the zipper. I would not expect this type of quality issue after only using it fully on one occasion for a small trip. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
This pack did not come with any instructions on how to use the lock. When I asked how to do it using the help, the answer was very vague. There are no videos showing how to do this. Would not recommend this pack.

I am very disappointed in this Sling. It is very uncomfortable to wear. There are so many little pockets that I can never find anything - continually opening the zippers. I am not sending it back as the return time has lapsed. I gave it a good try, trying not to give up right away. So, I will give it away.
The media could not be loaded. I just got my bag today and the charger port doesn’t work I’m so upset that was really my selling point
Less than 3 months and the shoulder strap is tearing off. He hardly uses it so I think it is poorly made.
Doesn't hold much and the pouches bulge into the other pouches. I have a notebook and some puppy treats and headphones and tiny misc stuff and that's it.
Zipper broke after a month.
