Is a power bank included?
No. It works with any standard 5V USB power bank, the same kind you use for your phone. A 10,000 mAh bank or bigger is a good choice; the higher the setting, the faster it runs down.
How do I switch it on?
Plug the power bank into the lead in the inside pocket, then hold the chest button for two seconds. Press it to move between red (45 °C / 113 °F), white (35 °C / 95 °F) and blue (25 °C / 77 °F). Hold it again to switch off.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Unplug and take out the power bank, then machine wash cold on a gentle cycle or wash by hand. Hang it to dry and let it dry fully before you use the heat again.
Is it safe?
It runs on 5V USB power, like a phone. Switch it off if it ever feels too warm, do not sleep in it with the heat on, and it is not meant for children or anyone who cannot feel heat or switch it off themselves.
What size should I order?
Your usual US size. We already converted the maker’s sizes (which run small) using the garment measurements. Between two sizes, or wearing a thick sweater underneath? Take the larger one.
How long does delivery take?
