I love this! It is great that it puts you in exactly the right position to work intended muscle group. The handles are comfortable and reduce wrist pressure. Good addition to home gym!

Why it is worth it
-
Colour tells you where
Blue chest, red shoulders, yellow back, green triceps. Click the handles into a colour and follow it.
-
Foam grips
Two padded handles keep your wrists straight and your palms off the floor.
-
Folds flat
It folds in half and slides under the bed or into a closet when you are done.
-
Stays put
Non-slip pads on the underside keep it from sliding on wood or tile.
Ten minutes a day
The most basic exercise, made harder in a good way.
Plain push-ups hit the same muscles every time. Moving the handles wider, narrower or turned shifts the work to your chest, shoulders, back or triceps, so a short session at home covers more.

What buyers say.
Very nice and well put together my man loves it he’s used it since it came in this morning although it is good it could use some padding in the handles along with the rubber for cushion
is very practical and comfort if u wanna make a easy exercise is the best
Bought this for my teenage grandson who is big into jujitsu, basketball and just plain fitness. He loves it. The ability to change positions of the handholds is great. It seems pretty sturdy and durable. He is able to easily move it from place to place and even take it with him. It’s not too big and definitely not too small. Likely to purchase for myself as well.
Great workout tool
Very durable we’ve used it all summer at our job and it will easily go through another summer
I've had my board about 4 days now. I love it. I really enjoy that I can finally do a push up without wrist pain. The board is made of a thick plastic. So the board feels sturdy and stable. I dont feel like the board is going to pop or break under my weight. Its easy to move the pegs around. So, time will tell.
Workout things they worked
I love this thing!Pushups have been one of the mainstays of my workouts for the last 30 years, along with traditional weight training. About two years ago, I saw this pushup board and figured I’d give it a try. I can genuinely say it has made a huge difference in my upper-body workouts, and at 51, I’m in the best shape of my life. For the past two years, my workouts have consisted mostly of bodyweight exercises, with minimal free weights, primarily for arms and my lower-body. Between this pushup board and pullups, I can finally say that I’m genuinely happy with my physique.I’m 6 feet tall and weighed around 180 lbs for roughly 15 years. With a good diet and consistent training, I’m now up to about 200 lbs, and I feel more confident going shirtless at the beach than I have in years. One of the biggest reasons this board works so well for me is that I prefer working out at home. There are a lot of reasons for that:I’m not a fan of the current gym culture of people constantly filming themselves and sometimes acting like they own the place.I tend to feel more self-conscious working out at a gym.At home, I never have to wait for someone else to finish using something, except occasionally my teenager. On the flip side, I never have someone standing around waiting for me to finish.I can work out for as long as I want without wondering whether everything is okay at home.I get to play with my awesome dogs between sets, which they seem to consider an important part of the workout. And when the weather is nice, I can work out in my backyard, enjoy the fresh air, and work on my tan at the same time.As far as the quality goes, I’ve been really impressed. I’m definitely not gentle with this thing. Mine gets left outside all the time and has spent the last two years being exposed to Southern California sunshine, rain, and whatever else the weather throws at it. Despite that, it’s still holding up great. Considering how much I use it and how little I baby it, I think that says a lot about the durability. The resistance bands that come with it have also turned out to be much more useful than I expected. I originally bought this for the pushup board, but I regularly use the bands for different arm exercises as well. Between the board and the bands, you can get a surprisingly complete upper-body workout from a piece of equipment that takes up almost no space. The board itself has become a permanent part of my routine. I like being able to quickly change hand positions and target different areas of my upper body without needing a bunch of equipment. It also gives me a consistent hand position and grip, which I prefer to doing every variation directly on the ground. After using it regularly for about two years, this isn’t something I bought, used for a few weeks, and then tossed into a closet. I still use it all the time. For something so simple, portable, and relatively inexpensive, I’ve gotten an incredible amount of use out of it.If you enjoy bodyweight training, prefer working out at home, or just want to add more variety to your pushups, I absolutely recommend giving it a try. After two years, mine is still going strong and it remains one of my favorite pieces of workout equipment.
Happy with my order
Perfect gift for someone that wants to workout but has limited space
My husband really likes this.Looks just like the product is advertised. He says it helps give him “perfect form” for his pushups and helps target specific areas.
This is great. Slides on hard surfaces a little. But pass that. Works great
Christmas gift in secret Santa. Sisters partner seems to like it. He hasn’t told me about any complaints with it.
Great workout, definitely helps with your form
Pros: sturdy, doesn't slide on the floor below, comprehensive for beginners, and versatile.Cons: The handles are really really hard. They hurt my palms because of how hard they are. I wish they had foam or gel covering them. It also doesn't fold perfectly when stored.
Great addition to my gym equipment. Easy to assemble. The grip is good but at times, my hands start to hurt due to the cushioning. Just depends on the amount of push ups I do at a time. I was use to doing push-ups flat very with a handle. Like the fact that you can adjust based on what muscle you want to focus on.
u get what u pay for, it’s decent quality. pretty cool though and it gets the job done. i mean what else could u ask for for the price
Product is easy to use and fairly compact. The only issue that I have is the carrying bag is poor quality and ripped on 1st use.I plan to order more bands to add to this.
The platform broke after few uses
Im at 185lbs The push up bar feels like they're going to snap the bands have no resistance i put all the bands on still pull it like nothing
Works well, but it smells like gasoline. Why would they ship something that smells this way?
I’m 5 feet 6 inches and the resistance bands are way too long to workout with the board a bicep curl is pointless. The board for pushups works good but that’s about it. Also it’s extremely frustrating changing between bands.
I love the board but the resistance bands are too long to get a pump in a full range of motion unless you are really tall or have T. Rex arms. I’m disappointed because this would be perfect if I could use the bands better. Push-up positions are good though
Speaks for itself I don’t know why I bought it, as I have the perfect push up paddles which are imo far better as you can move them wherever this was more of an impulse buy and it was cheap but I don’t really need it and it’s stationary as in very limited movement of the handles but it will do what it supposed to do
While I wasn’t expecting to receive resistance bands, they are shown on the instruction sheet and featured in the You Tube video referred to on the instruction sheet. Should I have also received the resistance bands with my purchase?
The rubber anti-slip plugs were not a perfect fit, I had to force them down into the respective holes. Additionally, I didn’t receive the Pilates bar nor the wheel but everything else is good. I
So I love the product not bad quality I don’t like the fact that you have to purposely be standing or sitting on the board or putting your hands on it for it not to move. There is no suction for it to stay to a floor which mean it limits you to where you can stand and how much you can move around but using the bands itself with the door or with your hands and things like that or if you are able to just stand on, it works really well. I’m only giving it a three star rating due to the fact that the black board that it sits on is very movable, and the plastic isn’t as the best quality I thought it would be.
Bad instructions. Would be nice to suggest a workout. One rep or two? How many? As with so many other products manufactured in Asia, the documentation is just unprofessional.
If you're average size or smaller this is probably a good starter tool, but this is not suitable for people with wider shoulders. I am 6'4" with broad shoulders, and the widest position was still too narrow for a comfortable pushup. The product also feels a little cheap, smells intensely of plastic and rubber and doesn't close all the way with all the rubber feet in. There's also no latch to keep it folded closed and nothing to hold the handles in place, when you get the handles into their little grooves and close the clamshell it just falls back open spilling everything out unless you lay it flat. I am returning and getting free-standing handles instead so I can place them exactly where they need to be for my body.
Broke right at 30 days. Snapped on the hinge joint and is unusable. Worked ok when it was not broken but should have been made out of better plastic. Will not be rebuying
I would like to buy just the pushup handles. I have the 2 that came with the board, but I would like enough handles to fill all the slots. Obviously, won't work as some intersect. But I would like to buy 3 more pairs of handles.
Bought this in order to get some basic form and get comfortable working out before joining a gym. It is a pretty good deal for the total weight and accessories included, but I can’t give a good review to something that breaks after its 4th use.The door anchor is not the right type of material for these bands. If you slide a band through with handles on each side (as their photo suggests), it will fray the band like it’s nothing, or just completely snap in half. So I now have two broken bands, and unless I use one weight only for the bar/board attachment, it’s either useless or only good for working one side at a time. This is the 2nd set of resistance bands I have purchased (one from another company) that have both broke with only moderate use (which is sad because I thought I was upgrading quality with this company). I think at this point I’ll either just join a gym or get actual weights for the house.
Came missing several resistance bands (only one black one was in the box, not a set) and missing the Pilates bar for the ab wheel.
The idea is great, but the execution of this product is disastrous. The plastic was so obnoxiously stinky, and the off-gassing made me sick. I can't imagine being an arm's length or less from this smelly plastic. The air filter in the room switched to high because it detected the chemicals. Hard pass on this product.
Cheap. Try not to kill yourself if you buy this.
Cheap. Not ergonomic, flimsy
Pretty cheaply made, got it to work out at home and one of the bands broke after a couple times using it. It works but it’s not made the best.
After unboxing and checking some of the resistance bands I noticed inconsistencies in length, the 40 lbs bands were completely different lengths and you could tell that there was more resistance on the shorter (black) ones than the blue ones.On top of that, the board broke in half on the third time opening it for use.In theory, this works great. It’s easy enough to use however the quality is not great. Or at least on the one I received.
Cheap plastic junk
The board shakes a lot during push-ups. It feels unsafe and I worry it will tip over while exercising.
The position guides are misleading. They do not target muscles as advertised, wasting workout efforts.
Broke on second use
The hinge collapses mid set and the whole board buckles when I shift my weight now. Save your money
Bought this after my gym closed and used it maybe fifteen times total. The board started creaking on the left side, and when I flipped it over there's already a hairline crack running from one of the slots toward the edge. I'm 175 lbs and doing standard push-ups, nothing crazy. It'll probably last another month before it gives out. Decent idea, but the plastic they used just isn't up to it.
Handles came loose after a week. Not safe, returning it.
Way too narrow if you're over 6 feet. Low quality, Smells like a tire shop. Two weeks later it still stinks.
Product is cheap and crappy. Does not work well. Puts more strain on wrists. Just another good marketed product that doesn’t deliver.
